中国大运研制试飞连创纪录 全面接轨国际先进技术-中新网   创新托起大飞机之梦   ――记大运结构和材料总设计师、中航工业一飞院副院长冯军   荣誉的获得不仅是对我个人的激励,更是对团队的褒奖。多年来我们远离喧嚣,扎实工作,在崇高理想、坚定信念、忘我拼搏、求实创新的“大运精神”激励下,一步步将鲲鹏托举蓝天,将国家意志变为现实。我为在这样的团队里战斗感到自豪!我为自己的团队点赞!――冯军   当承载着几代航空人梦想、深受亿万国人关注的大运飞机腾空而起时,首飞现场一片欢腾,一群人将一位中等身材、略显消瘦的中年人高高托起,欢呼着一次又一次抛向空中……这位被大家高高抛起的中年男子,就是中航工业一飞院副院长冯军。   在大运研制中,冯军既是在结构设计、材料研制等领域冲锋陷阵的领军人,又是协助院长、总设计师推进各项工作的管理者。他以创新的思维和手段,带领团队完成了一项项看似无法完成的工作,创造出令人惊叹的成绩。   创新管理 多种方式提升工作效率   大飞机被称为“大国的名片”,是一个国家综合国力的重要体现,绝不是一个轻易能“拿下”的项目。型号立项之初,国内相关技术基础可谓一片空白,而研制周期只有国外同类飞机的一半。作为总设计师单位一飞院主管该项目的副院长,冯军清醒地认识到,如果采用常规的工作模式,玩命也完不成任务!只能打破常规,在创新上做文章。   大运技术难度大、承研单位众多,为了保证研制全线上百家单位的产品均能按节点交付,冯军大力推动采用数字化设计成熟度并行技术。他按照协调范围和协调目的的不同,设置不同的分项目管理团队,组织型号办、专业所、对口厂所的管理人员组成相应的管理小组,织成了一张细密的“网”,时时掌控进度、协调各承研单位遇到的问题。   面对多个型号交叉进行、设计力量紧张的问题,冯军大胆提出借助“外力”,与兄弟单位成立联合工作组,走联合攻关的路子。不仅大大加快了发图速度,还促进了设计人员和工艺人员的技术交流,推动了型号任务顺利进行。   在型号试飞阶段,冯军挑选精兵强将,组建高规格的保障团队,实时监控并跟踪排故进展。每次发现故障,他总是第一时间召集相关专业副总师及主管分析排故。在他的带领下,飞机试飞架次、单月试飞架次、单周飞行架次等多方面连创我国新机试飞史上的“第一”。   创新技术手段 把不可能变成可能   大运研制初期,由于技术手段的限制,设计员们在完成三维设计之后,还要转化成二维图纸才能发往工厂进行生产,不仅工作量巨大,而且三维、二维两套数据源不统一的现象时有发生,严重影响研制周期。为此,冯军和他的团队四处调研,最后大胆决定,尝试“三维标注”这一全新技术,在三维实体上直接标注尺寸,不再出传统二维图,要求制造厂直接按照三维数模进行生产。   当时,这项技术在国内还没有成熟先例,在国外也刚刚起步,因此存在一定风险。可喜的是,经过团队的努力,在某部件上的试点工作取得了成功。在此基础上,冯军带领设计人员进一步完善了方案,一鼓作气建立起了三维设计标注的全新规范,在国内首次实现了产品的三维设计和三维制造,使得设计人员从此告别了二维图纸,把大家从繁重的画图工作中解放出来。此举保证了设计数据的唯一性,同时带动各飞机制造厂在制造手段上获得跃升。   与此同时,在冯军的实际推行下,在线关联设计技术、数字化制造 装配技术以及设计 制造数字化协同管理平台等先进数字化手段在国内飞机研制领域也首次得到全面应用,实现与国际先进技术的全面接轨。上述新技术的应用使得大运研制相比传统飞机研制模式节省了30%-40%的设计工作量,生产准备周期至少缩短了75%,制造周期缩短了近30%,飞机生产质量也大幅度提升。   这些年来,冯军和团队一起,托举了架架银鹰翱翔蓝天。他本人也因贡献突出,先后获得“全国五一劳动奖章”、“中央企业优秀共产党员”、“陕西省劳动模范”、“中航工业优秀共产党员”、“冯如航空科技精英奖”等荣誉。(王莉芳)相关的主题文章:
