巨亏下长虹康佳们还有出路吗:近几年空难翻身   农历新年即将来临,本是震士气、绘希望的关键节点,老牌家电厂商四川长虹和康佳却高兴不起来。   长虹在1月30日发布了2015年业绩预亏公告,归属于上市公司股东的净利润亏损额高达19.75亿元。去年同期长虹实现了5885万的净利,每股收益为0.0128元。   这家公司2015年所亏的钱几乎是很多三线家电品牌企业一年都难以达到的营收数字,也是过去一年所有国产家电品牌中亏损额最高的公司。   陷入如此糟糕的境遇与长虹此前被国家相关部门要求返还节能补贴资金有直接关系。   去年12月28日,长虹收到了一份来自绵阳市财政局《关于下达清算节能家电产品推广补贴资金的通知》,在向长虹拨付节能家电产品(热泵热水器)推广补贴清算资金8万元的同时,还要求收回此前平板电视的补贴资金43956万元。如果加上控股子公司合肥美菱被要求退回的空调、冰箱既能补贴资金,导致长虹因此减少的2015年度合并损益约5.46亿元。   按照长虹的解释,导致预亏的原因还有来自四川虹欧显示器件有限公司应收款项21.07亿元,折现影响当期损益约2.68亿元,另一家子公司四川虹视显示技术有限公司计提资产减值准备等影响约2.28亿元,归属于公司合并损益约1.36亿元。   此外,汇率变动、行业增速放缓、竞争加剧导致产品均价下行、毛利空间收窄等原因,也在一定程度上影响了这家公司的收益情况,但具体是哪些业务背负了余下的亏损之名,上述业绩预亏公告并未详细透露。   长虹并不是唯一一家因被要求返还补贴而导致净利润大幅亏损的公司。   深康佳A此前曾发布公告表示,预计2015年度将亏损12亿至14亿元之间,这是该公司成立以来亏损最为严重的一年。上一年康佳还曾有5262.35万元的盈利。   这其中康佳被要求退回的补贴资金为8996万元,同时产生无法收回的账面应收国家节能补贴资金净额1.31亿元,两项相应减少了公司前三季度合并报表利润总额为2.22亿元。此外,人民币贬值也给康佳造成了2亿元的汇兑损失。   如此巨额亏损无异于让陷入困境的康佳雪上加霜。   在过去一年,康佳被媒体报道的原因多源于频繁更换的管理层。先是选举出一批新的非独立董事和独立董事,然后以“完成特殊时期的主要任务”为由将个别董事以及总裁进行替换。只是新任总裁刘丹执掌不到三个月,便被暂停职务,由选举出的董事局主席刘凤喜同时兼任康佳集团代理总裁。随后,又有副总裁、独立董事和监事相继辞职。   据界面新闻记者了解,在这些股东动荡背后,存在着诸多利益之争。这也致使这家公司的发展重心被置于大小股东间的争权夺利,而非产品改良和利润提升。   就连康佳董事会也在公告中承认,公司管理层特别是内销彩电业务管理层变动频繁,给公司凝聚力、员工士气、产品规划战略以及经营效率带来了较大冲击。   这家公司在去年第三季度和第四季度对产品规划进行了两次调整,不仅没有给产品销售带来任何利好影响,反而使主营业务电视产品的盈利能力出现大幅下降。   一名在去年离职的原康佳员工对界面新闻记者表示,目前康佳的局面很难有力挽狂澜的领导人出现,此前刘丹上任时曾想力推康佳改革,但无奈上任时间过短。当然,即便刘丹在任,面对激烈的电视市场竞争,康佳也未必能快速走出困境。   来自奥维云网的数据显示,受主要新兴国家和地区货币贬值以及经济成长的影响,2015年全球彩电出货量为2.3亿台,同比下降2.5%。但中国区零售量推磨为4674万台,同比增长4.8%,零售额也同比增长7.5%。   查询长虹2014年的年报可知,电视业务仍是这家公司所有业务当中营收最多的业务。长虹也的确在通过一系列内部改革和品牌重塑来提升该业务的盈利能力。   去年6月,长虹集团正式改组为四川长虹电子控股集团有限公司并积极开展资产并购谈判、产业优化等相关业务及工作,试图通过优化资源配置、调整产业结构来提升国有资本价值,理顺政企关系。目前,长虹集团控制着32家下属公司,四川长虹便是其中之一。   长虹改组控股公司之后,明确提出“董事会和经营层分开”,包括总经理在内的所有经营层完全市场化。去年7月,长虹宣布面向全球公开招聘总经理,经营层完全市场化,这在全国地方国企中尚属首例。此后长虹还积极向互联网靠拢,还找来影视明星邓超做产品经理。   相比康佳的内斗,长虹管理层还是希望公司能做出一些实实在在的成绩的。奥维云网黑电事业部总经理董敏也对2015年长虹品牌的重塑给与了肯定,“去年长虹电视的内销出货量在630万台左右,这比业内预期的要好。   但他也强调,作为主业的电视,从集团资源配置和转型节奏来讲,去年长虹比其他家电骨干企业都弱了一些。   同样以黑电为主业的海信电器、创维数码、TCL却是另外一番景象。   在截至2015年9月30日的三季报中,海信电器实现营收221亿元,净利为9.28亿元。而创维数码公布的2015 2016财年中期业绩显示营业额为195亿港元(约合165亿美元),比去年增加5.8%;盈利9.85亿港元,较去年同期增加8.5%。另外一家TCL近几年也通过涉足面板产业不断增强集团规模,原本亏损的电视业务也逐渐处于利好态势。   上述三家不仅在拥抱互联网时比长虹表现得更加积极,在产品定位和品牌塑造方面也更加稳定。   还有最为重要的一点,长虹在自身的发展历程当中曾经错失了种种机会,60亿元对赌等离子让这家公司向着完全违背行业发展的方向逆行,拖累了液晶电视业务的发展。与国虹通讯长达两年的股权九个,也使其错过了智能手机的最佳发展期。再加上碍于国企身份转型缓慢,长虹在整个行业内的存在感和影响力不断下滑。   “与互联网企业的合作或合资不一定能够看到立竿见影的效果,毕竟双方的基因、背景、KPI考核存在明显差异,需要看融合的过程和速度。”董敏认为,即便长虹与互联网公司携手,也不一定能在短期内实现逆转,未来还要看传统产业的掌控力以及相关产业链构建能力。   “不断老去”的四川长虹和康佳,恐怕近几年是很难实现彻底翻身了。 进入【新浪财经股吧】讨论相关的主题文章:
